How long does your jerky stay fresh?
Our jerky is made without artificial preservatives and typically has a shelf life of 6 to 12 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 3 to 5 days for maximum flavor and freshness.
Where do you source your meat from?
We take pride in using only 100% grass-fed beef and locally sourced poultry. All our meats are hormone-free and antibiotic-free to ensure the highest quality snack for our customers.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Most of our flavors are gluten-free; however, some traditional recipes use soy sauce that contains wheat. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada due to international food customs regulations. We are working hard to expand our reach to jerky lovers worldwide soon.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the packaging arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
